Aetheopia is an industrial-centered economy, with a level 1 city and level 1 town jewish building. edit- Just to illustrate my Himyar campaign (so far), I have my home province (2/3 owned) set up as an agricultural center. You'll incur no diplomatic penalty for sticking a priest in an allied / enemy region and deploying it for the passive PO penalty. Also frees up my priests to convert nearby regions that I want. Just assume you will have to deal with rebellions sooner or later. This is my moving garrison to defend against rebellions. I also leave an army of 3-5 baltha defenders and 1-2 slingers in provinces that have negative PO. Not to mention Himyar can have a 100% agriculturally based economy and still be very viable, so you'll very rarely run out of food so you can keep pumping out the religion buildings. Good bonus for conversion, minor PO bonus, and +sanitation for all regions. Also the jewish religion building for towns is very nice. Then get some priests and sit them down and convert. The key is to rush some of the new military techs that reduce penalties for different religions. Himyar has an easier time with this I think. Think we missed one?
